We know the agricultural industry inside and out. Though the company has recently celebrated its 23rd year of business, the expertise actually began long before the company opened its doors as co-founders, Joe Osborn and Steve Barr, worked in various marketing and advertising positions for Monsanto and John Deere. Qualifications
Osborn & Barr is looking for an Art Director to serve on a creative team for the Agency's largest client, Monsanto. The Art Director is responsible for creating concepts and executions of ideas based on the creative blueprint, client needs and creative direction.
Working along side a Copywriter, the Art Director's responsibilities include:
- Developing creative concepts;
- Taking a concept to final art using computer skills/knowledge;
- Presentation of creative concepts to the client;
Skills
We are looking for a dynamic Art Director with five or more years experience in an advertising agency, enthusiasm for the agriculture industry, and strong conceptual and advertising art director skills. This individual should possess:
- Working knowledge of print production;
- Ability to conceptualize solutions and then transfer into an advertising product;
- Broadcast, print, web and collateral experience preferred;
- Ability to demonstrate strong concepting and design skills.
